Today was my first time to use my new spraymate system. All was going well until the hose disconnected from the turbin, and won't stay connected now. I had to use electrical tape to hold it in place for the rest of the tan. I called costumer service around 8pm and to my surprise, they answered. The man I spoke with was very helpful to assist me with not only fixing my hose (just had to push in harder and twist clockwise) but also setting my gun to the correct setting & proper cleaning tips. Very helpful...I give it two thumbs up! :-)
