How Do I Place an Order?

Checkout
It's easy to place your order online. Once you've added items to your Shopping Cart, you'll follow a few simple steps to complete your order:
- Double check and review the items in your Shopping Cart
- Fill out your shipping and billing information
- Confirm and place your order using your credit card
- Print out your order confirmation number

Placing Your Order
You will have a chance to review and verify the information you have entered during checkout and, if no changes are necessary, you can proceed to "Place Your Order." Within approximately 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Once your order credit card has been charged and your order has shipped, we will notify you by email.

Placing an Order by Phone
To place your order by phone, please contact one of our Sunless Support Professionals at 1.419.386.2387, 5 days a week from 9am to 5pm EST.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track the status of your order 24 hours after it is placed. If you'd like to check your order status, but can't find your order number, please call us at 1.419.386.2387 5 days a week - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST.

Can I Save the Items in My Shopping Cart?

We make it easy to come back to the items you're thinking about ordering. Simply log into your Artesian Tan account, start browsing, and once you see items you may want to purchase, just add them to your Shopping Cart.

Items you save in your Shopping Cart will remain there for 30 days if you do not complete your purchase immediately. This allows you to think about items and come back to them at a later date. Access your saved shopping cart on any computer by logging back into your account within 30 days.

What are My Shipping Options?

With some exclusions, we offer a FREE SHIPPING option on most orders. Orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same day (Monday-Friday, in-stock items).

Free shipping is not available for orders outside the continental U.S.

Large equipment and spray tan kits have a flat shipping rate.

What is Your Return Policy?

We strive to deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale. If you have an issue, please give us the opportunity to resolve it.

We accept returns for exchange or store credit 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition, and be returned in its original packaging. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only (no refunds).

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
