Shipping Policy:
Orders received by 2:00 P.M. ET (in-stock items) will ship the same day.
With some exclusions, we offer a FREE SHIPPING option on most orders. Exclusions include disposables, spray tan machines and booths.
Free shipping is only available for orders within the continental U.S. Free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders, including Canada and Mexico. Free shipping does not apply to freight orders. Shipping carrier and service will be selected at our discretion.
Free shipping is not available for LTL Shipments certain equipment. Distribution is exempt.
Standard Shipping and Processing:
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for carrier-calculated shipping rates, handling your order, and related overhead such as packaging.
Delivery Options:
Artesian Tan reserves the right select the shipping carrier for orders that ship free. We ship via USPS and FedEx. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email or phone. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Business days exclude the day your order is placed.
Example: If your order is placed on Monday before 2:00EST with 2 day shipping option you will receive your order on Wednesday.
Items shipped to Alaska and U.S. Territories are delivered by FedEx or USPS at our regular shipping and processing fees. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
